This is a late 70's early 80's vintage Contour Lounge chair. These were made by the Contour Chair Co. in St. Louis. The company was bought out by Craftmatic in 1983 but the chairs are no longer made as far as I can tell. The chairs were custom fitted to your height etc and all sorts of fabrics were available. As well you could order the built in massager and built in heat. Surprisingly it is very comfortable if not a little awkward to get in and out off.
